After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN, Luke received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South Dakota State University in his native South Dakota. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and has experience working with children, adolescents, college students, couples, and families in both group and individual settings. Luke has also served various populations in juvenile detentions centers, homeless shelters, and federal prisons. With a background in philosophy and theology, Luke is able to take a holistic approach by integrating mind, body, and spirit into the counseling experience. Luke strives to assist individuals by utilizing their existing strengths and incorporating them into a collaborative process with each client towards healing.

Luke founded Sacred Heart Counseling in 2020 and serves as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s Seminary & Graduate School of Theology in Wickliffe, OH.

  Sacred Heart Counseling, LLC is a counseling center based in Northeast Ohio that provides holistic services accounting for body, mind, and spirit based in the Christian tradition. Our services integrate spirituality and theology to assist people from all backgrounds to find healing and peace.
